Bad quality chicken and always forgetting something out of the order

For the UMPTEENTH time, this last weekend, we arrived home from buying chicken via the drive through, only to find that they had ONCE AGAIN left something out!!  This even after my husband had asked specifically if they put everything in the bag - because of past experience.  We immediately called the store manager who promised to personally hand deliver the missing chips, after his shift had ended.  Well, we are still waiting!  Also, the chicken is dry, with rubbery, fatty skin under the batter.  What has happened to the quality of KFC that we grew up with and loved???  Many times the burgers are slapped together with the filling falling all over the place, and the rolls are sometimes dry and stale.  Surely the Head Office in the USA should be made aware of how their brand is suffering at the hands of South African Franchisees - unless of course the standards have dropped worldwide.  Unacceptable!!
