not stopping unwanted services

it is really very ridiculous that inspite of various messaged and call at customer care of your mobile services i am being continuously renewed for ENABLEM-MBA VERBAL REASONING and subscription for the same is being deducted from my pre-paid mobile no 8527031357 without my consent and without any request for activation of the said service. you are requested to stop the service immediately without any further delay and in future also not to start any unwanted service on my number,.
this is not for the first time but previously also deductions are made on account of unwanted service.
in future this will be taken care of and you are requested to refund the amount which had been deducted from my pre paid number of account of ENABLEM-MBA VERBAL REASONING.
