Lied About Cutting Cable back On

When I called about getting my Satellite cut back on today two agent told be to pay my past due amount of $186.91 and my Satellite will be back on and I made the payment of $186.91 today and they still did not turn my cable back on.  I have keep to my word and Dish have not kept to their word.  Dish is so high.  They should have kept to their word.  I have my recipt of the payment I made and I recorded what they said and I also have the bill to. Why come Dish is doing a lot of people like this.  I have been paying Dish a lot of money all the time.  They is always ripping me and all their comsumers off with the high bills.
