I have no complaint about the sales personnel or any of the other people in the store in Pflugerville Texas. My complaint is with company policy. I placed an order for furniture and paid with my debit card. For personal reasons I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. I was told it would be 8 to 10 days before the refund would be processed. Excuse me! In this day and age of electronic transfer that's absurd. It has been 5 days and I'm still waiting. I never had possession of any of the merchandise, I didn't write a check, the furniture was never put on a truck. There is no reason anyone should have to wait 10 days for a refund.

    Hi there! I suggest you to call this number: TFN 888-740-5065, this is some kind of consumer protection service that gets refund for people..Hope it could help your worries..

    You people need to chill-out, just because instant messaging exits doesn't mean instant transactions do. Stopping a process probably goes through 2 or 3 levels each time requiring approval too stop a process by a human. A couple of days for each and then off to an account department to issue a credit or refund.  Even when you pay a bill on-line it takes a few days.
