un authorized checking account draft

This company drafted my checking account without my permission.  I would like a refund of the amount debited and do not wish to have my account drafted for this product again.  I did not order this product.  I have contacted my bank and asked them to put a stop on any more drafts.

I would appreciate your immediate action on the matter.
