Extortion and FRAUD

Received the email about owing some payday loan amount and that I would be "prosecuted in the local courthouse..., blah blah."  The FIRST time I got the email, I panicked and very nearly paid until I chased down the IP addresses involved and the company, sent them an email telling them to provide me with their license to collect debt in this state and provide me with the original creditor and amount.  They of course didn't.
I get about one or two of these every month and PROMPTLY report them to the IC3 FBI site as a legal complaint, send the body and header of the emails to the ISPs, the network carriers and to Homeland.
