threatening message from a quinlin O'Malley saying he was going to have a agency serve me by Friday if I didn't call needless to say I know the law and collection agencies can't sue you only an attorney can and they can't leave a message about it or even leave a message in NYS it's against the FDCPA this company needs to be fined by the CPMB
