I get frequent calls from this recorded message. When I click on "1" to speak to someone, and I ask to speak to a manager, they hang up. Or if I tell them the number is on the federal do not call list, they hang up. I have gotten calls using the same company name from different phone numbers. Today's number was 971-295-9768. When I have tried to return the call to speak to someone, I get a message that the voice mail is full. These people are financial predators. They act like someone I have a credit card with, but they're not.

    I want to hurt the person who keeps calling me from 971-295-9768.  He calls day and night, never speaks when I actually do answer and never leaves a voicemail.  What's the point in calling me?!  Please tell me what's in it for them if I callback and their voice mailbox is always full and I can't even leave a message...?
