I saw the ads on tv and figured I would order the ring with the band.  So i ordered online. I then called them to make confirm my order was fast shipping. Boy was that A HUGE MISTAKE!!!  they put a second order through unbeknownst to me. I then (too late) read these reviews. I called them back and cancelled my order. They only cancelled my original order from online! The other order that I didn't know existed was still being processed, no confirmation email or anything. So 4 weeks later, the rings arrived. I looked on my checking account and no charge...at first.. then a few days later was the charge. I called them to be reimbursed, no one there can supposedly reimburse me. I have to send the products back.I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisors supposedly will be telling me the same thing and i wouldnt hear back from someone for 24-48 hours. I argued that this never should have happened in the first place and I would be reporting them to the BBB. THE WOMANthen hung up on me!!! I will send this back and I'm praying I get reimbursed!

    LOVE THIS RING! Order process was quick and easy, and the rings look beautiful.  Definitely a great deal - get them!

    okay so I placed my order tonight and the commercial and their website says the ring is $20 but they charged me $29.99 for one ring and $19.98 for the other ring and $9.99 for rush order and $6.99 for shipping wth is going on so I check the status of my order online by entering my last name and my confirmation number and the order confirmation that pulled up was for a male in another state with the same order number but a different order it was for cook books or something and his total was $33.98 and it was shipped to him in August 2012 but had todays date 1/18/2013 on the order wth is really going on, so I am calling the BBB 1st thing Tuesday Morning and going to my bank in the morning to put a stop payment on this and to close out this account and open a new one because this seems like fraud.

    Placed my order one month ago today......I have gone to the tracking site and it is still saying that there is no tracting information available.....Tried calling their 800 Number.......no luck.....It gives you a bussy sound all the time......HMMMM......I will wait patiently another two weeks...eventhough they say on their site that once the order is placed it will be shipped within 30 days....will see......I will keep you posted.
