"Coastal" or CFS scam. Call from hundreds of numbers. Common debt scammers. No idea where they are located. Block and ignore. There are no "complaints" against you. You can check this out by simply going down to your local main civil court an checking the defendant's civil list. The court clerks are familiar with these sorts of scams and are usually glad to help.
