Lost my bike

I asked drs group to transfer my bike from Mumbai to Bhopal almost 15days before. But till date I have not received my bike. No one knows where it is. Everytime I call they say some new story. One day they say bike has reached Bhopal other day they say it's in Indore. Every day I have to call him atleast 5-6times for enquiry. But neither their head office nor der bhopal office responds. Even they have guts to tell me go and do police complaint if you want to. Really pathetic service.
