My fiancé, my 1 year old and I all went to burger king #3975, 247 state road, N. Dartmouth, Ma, we parked next to a vehicle and payed no attention to it my daughter's car seat was on that side so my fiancé waited outside the door for me to open it then took her out, after we get inside, order and pay, a girl maybe19-21 years old runs out from the back ( an employee who is supposed to be making sandwiches) and starts screaming at my fiancé saying not to touch her car again and she saw us and literally yelling we both are looking around in denial that she's actually speaking to us and I'm am appalled and mortified! The best part is this all happened as the assistant manager is packing our food and completely ignores that fact that her employee is literally screaming At a paying customers!! The worst display of customer service And a manager or lack there of I have witness and I have been in the fine and semi-fine dining business for 9 years, been trying to contact the company without luck for 4 days... Obviously the problem begins on a higher level and trickles down.

    I dont understand where thy find these imature kids  I believe you. I have had lots of issues with burger king and when you talk to a manager they act like they cant be bothered you know poor attitudes and these kids working never graduated from anywhere your food is thrown together like slop sad they arent cheap lettuce is brown on my chicken sand 4 bucks for that crap 8 bucks for the meal what  a joke no wnder they renovate all the time they should pay someone a better wage to have pride in the food that there making. I hate complaining but burgerking was my favorite there whoper was the best not anymore cheap labor or they are hiring without checking to see if these kids can cook and they should go to a class to learn how to work with the public. sorry for the truth.
