I placed an order on 2/28 with a delivery date of 10-14 days, and it's now 4/2/12, and still no products received. This guy is ripping people off and his business should be shut down. My order total was 66.00 and have requested a refund immediately to no avail.

    He shouldn't even be charging you until he ships.

    If you never receive any product, make sure you dispute the charges through your bank within the 60 day FRB Reg. E dispute period, measured from the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges.  If you let that dispute deadline slip, your bank may no longer be able to reverse the charges.

    In fact, since  it's been a month, and he hasn't shipped, might as well dispute now.

    This was due to the product being in pre-order state and the manufacture missing their shipping promises and deadlines for Saffron Extract. We have been in business for five years and we do not hold peoples money hostage and issue refunds to anyone wishing to cancel their order the same day. The banking system does take up to three business days to post back or credit the funds. We are reachable by phone during normal business hours at 586-580-7004. Sorry for any inconvenience this situation may have caused you. Due to the nationwide shortage ofSaffron Satiereal, there is nothing we can do about it until them manufacture can make enough product to fill everyones orders. So far, we have shipped out over 3000 bottles, but there is still a 2 to 4 week wait for any new orders received.

      Then don't charge until you ship.

      If you know you don't have product to ship, you also know not to charge yet.

      FTC rules require that on products not shipped within 90 days of receipt of order, you notify the consumer to obtain their confirmation of the pending order before shipping, to allow them to cancel.

    i too place an order on 2/28 it is now april 18th, i have called twice and emailed twice, no response. i place the order , they did not tell me it was out of stock till after my card was charged. i called at that time and was told it would be two weeks. still no shipment, i am trying to get a fulll refund and no one answers their phone. this is fraud.

    Ordered Green coffee bean extract from this company on May 2, 2012. They charged my credit card right after the order was placed. It is now June 13,2012 and I have not received my product yet! I have called the company and they told me that they have not even received this product to sell to the general public. How can you charge me for something you do not even have, and then never send it to me???????  I want a FULL REFUND AT ONCE !!!!!! I hope I do not have to get legal advice to persur this problem

    I have bn ordering HCG for over a year and recently discovered that the formula has changed and the bottle size is smaller. With the new formula you don't lose the weight the same. How can I get a bottle with the original formula because I'm not satisfied right now.

    Where is my order?????? orderer on Oct 13....You keep telling me you sent it and give me a tracking no which is a non existant # for UPS....Your  company is a rip off and will let Dr Oz know he supports a company that is a rip off....I want my $45.97.Back  immediatly...suegreeny@aol.com
