Fell apart

I bought a pair of Thom McCann shoes at Kmart in September wore them less than a week and the soul came off the right shoe. Returned them to the store after getting much trouble from the person at the counter she let me go get a replacement pair. After  only approximately two weeks and the right shoe again fell apart. I will never buy time I can shoes or shoes from Kmart ever again!and you can't even contact Tom McCann shoes or Kmart to file complaints!
