Just received a email from Hotwire offering great deals to preferred customers. I couldn't get the link to work due to problems with their web page. A phone call to advise and get it corrected cost me over 2 hrs of my life!!! They use foreign countries to handle calls with persons who do not speak clear English. They then proceed to hang up on you (four times!!) or place you on hold (7 times). They would not assist me in trying to help THEM with their problem web page. When FINALLY connected to the manager I was put on hold AGAIN and told to try the web page again. I advised them that the web page has no offers for preferred customers as their email promises. When asked to have a discounted rate done over the phone, I was advised that they can't do that. Are you kidding me???? This is horrible customer service and I refuse to ever use this service again. I do plan to make sure that EVERY social media and resource available is made aware of this!!!
