Lost Chocolates & Liqure at Customs

Hi,

I had travelled by Qatar airways on *15th NOV 2012* from Norway to Mumbai
on flight *QR 954* from Norway (Oslo) to Doha and Flight *QR 200* from Doha
to Mumbai.

Due to 22 hours layover I was provided night accommodation at The Horizon
Manor at Doha. On my arrival at Doha airport the customs stored  a *bottle
of 1 lit brandy and 1kg Chocolates* shopped from Oslo Duty free with
them. In return I was handed a receipt (No.49141) to be exchanged later for
the same. Receipt No is 49141 .

Unfortunately I had very bad experience with Airport staff. There were no
clear instructions provided about the collection counter. They misguided me
on Airport and asked me to visit Doha Arrival Airport twice from Transfers
& Departure to collect my stuff from customs. In this rush I was late for
my flight and had to leave without collecting it.

I am a frequent flyer with Qatar Airways and understand that this is just
one off such incident. I would appreciate if you could deliver my stuff to
the following address. Or encash the total amount i.e.445 NOK(Four hundred forty five Nok only )
