unable to obtain copy of invoice

In Late September I rang Europcar on 0871 384 1087 to request a copy of an invoice for a car hire made In Lesotho from 24/09/13 to 03/10/13. The representative said it would take 10 days to organise-it is now more than 3 weeks and the web page does not function to allow me to print a copy on line.
