I received an unsolicited phone call from this Realtor, Mr. Sorensen at 407-902-7827 asking me if I wanted to sell my house for he said it was in foreclosure. The house is not in foreclosure and my number is on the National Do Not Call List. Very shady practice of this company.

    Green Red-Blue, it's not any real-estate company's policy to violate ones rights or the law. An agent is an independent contractor and he or she is sole responsible for their actions of this type. You should focus your anger in the right directions and proceed with charges. The department of agriculture handles such claims and you can fill out the form online. When you or anyone points a finger at anyone’s company without due process is wrong. You yourself may need an attorney to defend your action with regards to defamatory remarks, because now you become the accuser and are no longer the victim. Funny how the laws do work for both sides, welcome to America.
