Order Never Shipped

Don't deal with these people or do it at your own risk. Heather Glasser and Karen Daly are the supposed owners. This company is fraudulent and shouldn't be in operation. I'm sure if I had sent a money order or certified check to them I would have never gotten a refund. As you can tell by the emails, they did nothing but lie to me. First they said item was shipped, but didn't provide a tracking # when asked. 2nd they said the item was lost. 3rd they tell me it was never shipped and would credit my card. then they tell me they changed card processors and could not credit the card, but would send me a check. Then they tell me check must've gotten lost... it was never ending with these people. I just don't want anyone else to go through what I went through...especially, I could easily see them taking advantage of an elderly person. I don't think they ever had any intention of shipping the item I ordered. I dealt with them for over 2 months, finally filing a dispute through my credit card and got my refund through the dispute.
