Unwilling to make the payment

Sir,
With deep regards and hopes i submit that i bought whirlpool refrigerator fron Meera Engineering,Pathankot,District Gurdaspur.I read on a sticker that it is America's no 1 frige but sorry to say this frige has become a talk of the area where i am living.In every summer season, it goes on rickshaw to the agency and everytime i hav to pay some extra amount .First time,i paid Rs.500 approx and this time a bill of Rs.2000 has been given to me.And i dont know what was my fault if i bought it.People nearby my house laugh at me in summer.My son was to buy a frige in gurgaon.I specially warned him not to buy Whirlpool. Service by Meera Engineering and your mechanicS is tremendously outstanding but paying amount in every season and listening comments is very embarassing.
