Direct Buy is  awful.  Direct Buy got us in, dazzled us with numbers and said "buy now or never".  I was redoing the basement so I thought the purchase was a no brainer.  A semester's worth of tuition later with not a penny saved, I have learned that if a deal seems too good to be true, it is.  Thanks for ripping off a college student direct buy!

    Now that you have paid for an expensive lesson, make another promise with your spouse that whenever either of you are in a hard sell situation, ask for the contract, put it in your pocket, tell them your attorney reviews all your legal issues, and walk out.

    Any company who won't allow legal review of a proposed contract before they push to get you to sign is running a scam.

    Direct Buy misrepresented its value and services. I am out $3900 and was told I could not get my $ back because I signed the dotted line. I haven't bought one item there because it ended up being high end merchandise that I could never afford anyway.
