Respected Sir,
                         Sir my name is Samrat Biswas and my mobile number is 917278133710.Sir my Net-qin anti virus was out of update from 7 days.Today when i was going to update i was charged rupes 3 at three time.But updating was not success.I have sufficiant balance.So if u please help me to find out the way through which i can update my device as soon as possible.Thank You sir

    its been 4 years and no resolution from Net qin,seems the team died a long time ago and we cannot expect anything from it and besides,within these 4 year,a lot has happened and new anti viruses have launched and now trusted.Rest in peace Net Qin

    My last update on my Nokia E63 was on 20th February, 2017 until now. It's failing to update and saying that my Virus DB is already up-to date. At the same moment saying again that your virus DB is out of date. Hey! Can someone tell me what the heck is goin' on here! Did I miss something?
