Service centre whirlpool is not attending the complaint to rectify the fault

I have purchased washing machine whirlpool make  model WW B Q600, Serial No. IN B02 02 00100 in the year 2002. Now there comes fault in the machine. I Have complaint regarding repairing of washing machine 15 days back & subsequent reminder in between at phone no. 01792-234766 service centre at parwanoo (HP). Till now they had not rectify the fault. For necessary action please.
