I just got a Indian guy calling from a 602-262-7626 phone stating he was trying to serve a supreona on me for three felony charges filed by J Miller.  I,said,I deny any of,this, am nt the right person and never heard of a J Miller.

    Probably spoofing caller id..
    Caller fits the typical profile for an overseas shakedown scammer, including the Indian accent and "three felony charges".

    Number shows up as the general information number for the Phoenix Police Department.  If you call back on that number, that's who you will probably reach, not "Dept of Justice".  800notes.com shows some use of this number in scam calls several years ago.

    These scams typically use VoIP, which can allow them to set caller id info to whatever they want.  Looks like he's set the "phone number" to match what he found on the internet.
