Numerous similar reports of fraudulent charges are being reported on other threads. It appears that "Digital Star Ltd." was "dissolved" on Jan. 29, 2012. It looks like their merchant account is now under control of criminals submitting fraudulent charges.
If you are getting fraudulent charges, IMMEDIATELY block the card number, and submit a fraud dispute to your bank. Your bank can reverse fraudulent charges if you dispute promptly.Reply !

Add me to the list for 10 Feb 2012 credit card charge $149.99 "Theatrical Production": When I called Mastercard and told them about it, it quickly became clear that they were aware of this scam and there was no argument about challenging. Worrisome question is has my card number been compromised?

Received $74. us charge Feb 6th, Called card company who were very aware of this scam, will now call back to get a new card number
