Purchased a food concession trailer from Nationwide Concessions & Trailers, LLC in Dawsonville, GA. Owner stated his name was Leonard Lowman so therefore when I googled him I didn't find anything and there were no bad reviews on his Facebook page for Nationwide Concession & trailers, LLC. Since my nightmare began I learned the company owner is Larry "Leonard" Lowman and even though company was registered with the Secretary of State in GA in May of 2014, the business wasn't started until February of 2016, The agent who registered the business name Nationwide Concession & Trailers, LLC,  with the secretary of State in GA, is not the name of the owner; upon researching this I found that same agent has also registered a business name of American Concession & Trailers, LLC in July 2015 in which I cannot see any info online that the business has gone active. When googling the name another company comes up, Advanced Concession Trailers in Dahlonega, GA (which is only 12 miles from Dawsonville, GA) and that business name is not showing up on the Secretary of State of GA's website as a registered business name. I cannot say they are connected but does come up when I google Larry Lowman. Larry (Leonards) wife states her name is Dana but don't know if that is correct either.

Company delivered to me (5 days late and delivered at almost midnight) an older toy hauler trailer which was converted to a BBQ porch smoker trailer (which we didn't realize until it was professionally inspected for damages/issues/repairs) and fraudulently claimed it is a new 2017 Eagle Cargo Trailer. The driver told us this happens every time he does a delivery that there are issues and they never get resolved with the owner. The driver jack knived the trailer in delivery which crushed the generator box & the trailer jack was never threaded up so it dragged on the highway the entire trip & was a b#@ch to get off.

I went with their company for the 5 year warranty, well guess what, I have no 5 year warranty with Eagle Cargo for the main part of the trailer as it is at least 5 years old already. And since they don't stay in business long enough then the 5 year warranty on their work won't help or be of any use since it is a Limited Liability company. They didn't provide a title and the photo of the title they emailed me doesn't match the VIN# on the trailer.

Roof leaks, nothing is sealed on the outside or inside panels, roof is rotting when I got it, didn't tell me the correct equipment to get so we could verify anything worked when it reached us, some equipment inside is used & not new, fire suppression system was inspected in 2012 and shows it needs to be reinspected November 2016, wiring was crimped so wont pass inspection, put a screen door instead of a solid door going from the main kitchen into the BBQ smoker porch (what a joke), no rear stabilizers, the list goes on & on of issues to the tune of about $15,000.00 in repairs.

We immediately requested our money back & get his trailer as promised when we could not be sure every thing worked on delivery. Leonard stated he would not refund & I would have to bring it from FL to GA for any repairs even though we just got it. I contacted him for three days and then I stopped payment on the balance as it was obvious they were not going to do anything to settle this & I had just been scammed & defrauded. At that point Leonard stated they would now come to FL for a few days with a crew of men & fix it on my property but I refused as I didn't pay for an older trailerthat needed repairs, but a new build not to mention I have a daughter whom I was not going to have a bunch of strange men around my house. After I called the sheriffs office & the sheriff spoke with Leonard/Larry or who ever is on the other end of the phone, they told the sheriff they would build me a new one but would not refund my money. I didn't trust them to do this & called him out on a bunch of his lies like, been in business for 14 years (business shows it started February 2016), stated he has built concession trailers for big names like Tropical Smoothie, Chick-Fil-A, Coldstone Creamery & others. If they did then it was under another name & it must have also been a fraudulent company as if you have 14 years experience then why would you change an established good standing name with a new one?

I hired an attorney whom Nationwide Concession stated they would build me a new one but once we submitted drawing and a contract there has been no more response. Nationwide stated they obtained an attorney a few weeks ago and will not provide the name or phone number of the attorney as promised and have not communicated any further to resolve this. I am losing revenue every day, have had alot of out of pockets expenses such as insuring this trailer while it is on my property, tarping it so no further damage occurs from the rotting roof, having to pay monthly merchant account even though I cannot do any sales, etc. Any advice out there? I just want my money back & they can take their trailer as promised. Right now I have at most maybe $20,000 worh of trailer & they have $20,000 of my money. Contact me at kymmorgan2012@gmail.com

I think this is a father son team sr and junior.  the business first started looks like ACT or advanced concession trailers owned by the father.  I bet there was a falling out and son started his own business "Nationwide Concessions & Trailers".

Wow..I am truly very sorry this happened to you, but I appreciate you posting this for other who may have considered doing business with them. Someone referred him to me and Larry which is the name on FACEBOOK keeps calling me but when I called back Dana answered and it seemed weird the way she answered the phone as if she didn't really have any formal customer service skills which made me instantly leary. Then Larry sent me a message saying DANA could help me and I was like how is the receptionist going to sell me a trailer..so I just never responded because my gut told me this would not be good.

Probably best for you to go with a reputable company that has been in business for years. Dana also would answer the phone when I called. After Leonard "Larry" received my $20,000 she was the only one I could get ahold of. Every time I called Larry/Leonard (or who ever he is) wasn't available & Dana would call back with answers that were not clear or didn't answer completely my questions or skirting them, Dana was supposed to send photos of the progress as it was supposed to be a new build. Every time I called wanting photos she excused her way out with things like she was out of town due to sick family member, raining & unable to get photos, etc. I never received any photos until a day or two before it was finally delivered. I was leary by this point after several failed deliveries and when I requested photos of title, warranty paperwork, etc Leonard/Larry stated Dana would have to email to me the next day as she had gone to church that Wednesday evening for service. Guess what, none of the paperwork, title, etc was delivered with the trailer and have never received it. He stated that Dana is his wife (as well as Dana stated that is her husband) but I don't know if that is true or not. They both had me believing that they were delivering the trailer in person until the day it was actually delivered (each of the five days it was to be delivered there was a new problem/issue on why it would not be delivered that day). They even knew I was cooking dinner for them on two of the five days...what a joke. Feel free to email my at kymmorgan2012@gmail.com, I would love to hear that you ended up with a great trailer and where you got it from. Mine is still not usable ):

Good luck with hearing that someone received a good trailer. I have one that he over charged us for it started out as 21,000 he told me the price of steal had gone up so he charged 37,000 and its been a year of going back and forth. My trailer is still not operating properly. Only for Larry Leonard or what ever his name is to tell us he doesn't have to do business with us. These people need to be stopped.

These people are no good. 37,000 wasted. Once he gets your money and you get the garbage he calls a trailer. He has a nasty attitude. The next phone call he gets from me will be from my attorney.

When I researched Larry Lowman (after I contacted Dawsonville city permitting office and found out the business owners proper name for Nationwide Concession & Trailers) ACT came up in the search. I was advised by the Dawsonville representative that all businesses in the state of Georgia are to be registered through the Georgia Secretary of State. I could not find that company name as being registered with the state. Also the town it is in, Dahlongea, states there is no business permit for that company name. I did research this due to I wasn't sure if it was the Jr or Sr. I found that very odd. If it is registered then it is not registered under his name or that company name as it is listed on his website. Both websites look like they are structured the same way.
