I got a email in my spam from Eric Marshall in Brooklyn, New York. I have been sent emails for months from them. Now my case will be released by tomorrow noon 3pm is what it says and I have 48 hours to respond, which it said that months ago as well. Who are these people and I guess it's time for a new email address.

    I received an e-mail from Eric Marshall, Atty. at Law, at 44 Court Street in Brooklyn.  He says that my case is being released tomorrow at 3:pm and if I want to settle this case before I am arrested I should pay him over $5,000.00 on a pay day loan that I never took out.  Been getting these e-mails and phone calls for months and when you ask for proof they tell me they will show me the paperwork in court.  Does this ever end,  I wish they would get real jobs and leave me alone,
