I have recevied several calls from Card Services. Today I held on to speak to a person. I ask how to get
off the calling list. he said I would have to send in 19.95.I ask him why I have to pay for them to not call
me. He hung up on me.

    They are doing some B/S to get all the complaints seen lately.

    cochisejustice i got a call today at 5:05pm. They robo-call said this is cardholder services calling to let you know we have sent you several notices about your account there is currently nothing wrong with your credit card but this is your final notice to lower your current interest rate on your card.I tried to talk to the lady but afew words into it she hungs up.My caller id said phone services and the number was 503-457-1829. When i call it back it says thanks for calling back if you would like to be put on a no call list press 1 it will take upto 24 hours before your number is removed thank you and goes to a bussy signal.I called the number back 6 times to no avail.Hope this might help!!

      Thanks for the info.

      Don't forget that the Caller ID #s that you see are usually "spoofed", or "joe-jobbed", sometimes from innocent people. Keep a record of each call, and event relating to the scam. And, if you can, record the conversations. There's some that have been put on youtube. At least they will be publicly humiliated and ridiculed!!!

    Thanks cochisejustice i will do that.I just want to do my part to try to get rid of these Bas....ds! I gave up on FTC and FCC I keep reporting them to no avail.Must have reported them at least 50 times.Thanks for the info.

    Some of the address are above, but there's always new dirt-bags showing up. . . .Florida sems to be the biggest hellhole of them, but we got em everywhere.

    The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO.  They will try and gather enough information to create an account.  Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
    This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.

    Yep they call and call. Same old bacon sandwich stuff.  Everyone trying to make a buck anyway they can.  A shame we have come to this and it is really hard for anyone to do anything about it, they have way more time to cover their tracks then I have to try and search them out.

    We have been receiving multiple phone calls from this number for weeks.  This is even after we have asked that they stop, both with a live representative and by pressing whatever numbers they give to be removed to the company's no call list.

    Apparently this telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating illegal telemarketing calls in apparent violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

    Got a call today the message was an offer for a free home alarm system if you let them put a sign in your yard.

    Caller ID was "Phone Services" at that number.  When I answered, the caller hung up. Our congress needs to enact a law to deal with these bottom feeders. Start hauling these people into court, give them a public criminal record that will negatively impact their lives, fine them, and put the worst in jail.
