False Advertizement

Folks,  I did order the ring and was expecting $19.95 and $6.95 ship/handle...  After my bill showed up and I realized that they charged me $63.59 total...  What...  this is crazy.   I did receive the ring 7 weeks later.  Should of been size 7.   Was like a 9....  The aluminum body and the glass are very cheap my friends...  Walmart has a $10 ring that looks twice as nice....  Stacy
