Bad network coverage

Hi madam/Sir
A Mobile network has become a need to every man in the current situation of the world, I’ve been using Airtel for the past 8years I had not problems with the network, for the past few months I’ve been held at emergency situations where the network did not function and I’m still facing this problem everyday, I’ve raised three complaints so far and no action as been taken so far , the network has been very bad and this issue has not been taken in to consideration at all
