!. My set is not a year and a half old yet. It is ripping, springs are broken and cushions are a mess.
The material is of poor grade as is the workmanship. I live alone so there is very little use of these pieces. I can not believe the springs have broken in the sofa. I expect complete restoration from your company or complete restitution of the purchase price. The sofa is a mess, when I do sit on it I have to rotate the cushions at least once a night. I have contacted place of purchase and they offered me new cushions, I am to pick them up, problem with that is I have very little use of one arm, hand So I do not see me being able to replace them. Then you have the material ripping, which brings about another problem. Will it rip more? I do not intend to repair this my self , next step is up to you, the manufacturer.
