In September this year I purchased a video game for my children from LH Digital (UK). I never received the game Digimon Rumble Arena 2 (Playstation 2). I have emailed Customer Services three times and have never received a reply from the Company.

    I also ordered a game from LH digital.  Never heard from them again.  No phone number to contact them, no reply to my e-mail.

    I alos bought a DVD from LH Digital in December.......2 months later nothing. NO PHONE # and a standard response message not ever from a real person.  This is the worst online customer experience I've ever had.
