Officeagenda.com have managed to remove money from my visa account,
but I have never heard of them.
I've contacted my bank to inform them of the fraud and stopped my card, and had a new one issued. They will reimburse me for the money taken and investigate the fraud.
Always report fraud to your bank, as you will probably get the money back and every instance reported will give investigators more to work on and help catch the people responsible and stop them.

Copied from the Rip Off Report website:

The same thing happened to me...
I purchased a service through a company called Google Profits on July 10th 2009 and rec'vd an email confirming my purchase. In that email, there were links to 3 different companies offering a free trail that would expire after 21 days and you would then be charged a monthly fee of $9.95 if not cancelled. This trail is only activated once you click on their link but I never did. I have a copy of the email and this is what it said:

"Network Agenda Membership Page - 21 Day Trial
    Member Login: http://www.networkagenda.com/
Click here to access your free trial
Membership access is $9.95 per month should you choose to continue"

..but I never clicked on this link nor did I ever rec'v an email stating I'm starting a trial period after which I would be charged $9.95 monthly.

On Aug. 4th 2009 I noticed a pending charge of $9.95 from a company called officeagenda.com out of Las Vegas NV. I contact the company and spoke with a rep. there and I informed her I did not have any knowledge of her company or this mysterious charge I rec'vd. She told me I authorized this charge when I rec'vd the email from Google Profits.

Contact your bank immediately to dispute all fraudulent charges, and close the account due to fraud to prevent additional future fraudulent charges.

NEVER use debit cards, check cards, or checking accounts to make payments to unknown companies.  In fact, do not even have any activated debit or check cards, as they represent a security risk that exposes the cash in your checking account to potential theft.

Use only credit cards for payments to on-line or retail merchants.  Use ATMs with PINs only for cash access from your bank's own ATMs.  Use checks only for payments to companies you already know and trust, such as rent, mortgage, utilities, etc.

What about the poor and the deprived that do not have credit cards.  They just have ATM with PINs.  It seems to me you people have found a way of bargaining (using a tool to work around and give the theif all the power) and exempt some people or they are automatically at risk!  Believe me meeting an unknown company by surprise to find out you are almost deprived of half your income is one darn way of meeting someone!  That is an awful way of meeting someone.  I don't know if awful is spelled correctly?  Some of you have the power to be people like this!  A theif with a bargaining and your victim.  I am totally reasonable.
