Watch your statement if you order on-line from them. They billed me twice. The software itself is a problem, the updates are consistently coming up "corrupted" and I have to go to a process to correct it each time. I've been happy with Kaspersky in the past, I don't know what's going on over there now, but I'll be looking for new anti-virus protection next year.
