White all over dark clothes

I bought my washer six months ago. Have had the repair company out THREE times. They don't know what to do. The last solution is to use a TABLESPOON of detergent. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME! The clothes are not getting CLEANED!!!! I am going to the Attorney General next. But before that I am going to recall my credit card payment to the place I bought it and have them fight with Maytag!!!!!!!!!!! This is just not right. All I want is a washing machine that works!!!!!! We work hard for our money and I am sick of getting jerked around!!!
