$950,000 scam

A few months ago in October someone who thinks who works in the tango app is telling me that I raffled and 18 lottery contest of $950,000 and is asking me to pay 500 or 850 for a package and I don't know what to do because I'm really confused misunderstood and hurt  somebody anybody I need help
