Return expired products

I have an issue. I bought a shirt from Ross on Cottman Ave in Philadelphia, PA. The shirt stained my clothes and it turned out to be horrible material and I do not know what trash can you found it in. The store will not return the shirt that was worn one day. Not only I want every penny back, but I want reimbursement for what was stained. And a free gift for unprofessional manager that upset me. How can a manager of any store tell you that she cannot return a shirt because it was worn when that shirt is trash. I did not know I was buying trash that is why I wore it. Not only I need every penny back but I need reimbursement for my other clothes and the issues you have caused and played with a someone who does not speak English well. This has nothing to do with the money, but it is your responsibility for what you sell and things that stain my clothes is your fault not mine for wearing the shirt.
