I do not know how I got on to GuruAid, as I thought I was talking to HP, asking for a driver for my scanner. I was told they would help me, and then I got an Indian voice who told me my computer was slow, and they would fix it. They had access to my computer--and 'found' 19 thousand faults on it.
For £193.00 they would keep it clean for 'two long years' repeated again and again. I said I would not just spend that money without thought so I would think it over and hung up.
So they messed up my computer changed settings, was unable to get on net.
