Wife cancelled. Still being charged twice, once for $69.99 and another for $19.99,

My wife cancelled Avast several weeks ago, Susan B. Randolph.  Now I'm being charged $69.99 and $19.99 on my recent cc bill. I want it cancelled and money credit given for these charges.
