Fraud Company full of liars and unprofessional people

These people are very unprofessional and big lairs. I decided to go with them attracted by their website and advertisement and thought that this should be a good company but I was completely wrong.
My experience with DRS group has been the worst. I have used movers and packers service in the past but this was extremely poor.
I was told it would take one day to pack and deliver the complete household items and then unpack them to the destination as the shift was just 80kms.
The people came to my house, packed everything and the truck reached to my new place at 12 midnight so I asked them to unpack the items in the morning and they were fine with it.
The next morning all the people were gone and only the truck driver was available there. I called the company representative Mr. Dipendra (who is a big liar and fraud person) and he told me that the unpacking people will be coming to my place in the next 15 mins.
I called Dipendra again after 30 mins.. and he said they will reach my place in 5 mins...
This continued from 9AM till the evening 7 PM, I called him at least 50 times and he had an excuse every time. At last when the unpacking people came they said they can not assemble the bed and TV but I was told that everything can be assembled at the destination place.
Dipendra told me that he will bring a carpenter and an electrician next morning to do the remaining work but nobody came for the next 2 days and I kept calling him and he was giving me stupid excuses every time.
At last he told me get a carpenter and get the bed assembled and the company will pay me for that, so I got the bed and TV assembled myself. After 2 weeks of that I give him a call every 2 or 3 days and he says that there is no response from the company and he will let me know when the company will issue the refund.
Besides all this there were 3 items that were badly damaged in the way. 2 statues and 1 painting which were not at all packed and just kept in carton box.
Also I was told that insurance is included in the money that I was quoted, but Dipendra refused at the last time saying that its only 80kms journey so no insurance is needed.
So I would say in the end that Agarwal Packers and Movers is expensive, bad packing so your items are not safe, big liers, very late and slow service and you will have to call them 100 times to get your work done..
They are big cheaters..
