Hello! My experience with the Rogers store on Lisa street in Brampton. I received my new samsung phone, without the SIM card. The store gave us good service, gave me the SIM card, activated my cell phone and was very helpful. Thanks Kishan!
When I went the second time, another person told me that he was unable to transfer my contacts from blackberry to my new samsung phone because the contacts are NOT stored on the SIM card. My husband went another time and another female representative helped him do just that, I.e. Transfer all the contacts on to my new phone.
I believe all the reps. Should know what they r doing and should be educated enough in their field to help out the customer who can not make so many trips to the store.
