my fridge does not dispense ice anymore

MFI2670XEM my fridge do not dispense ice anymore.  bought my Fridge in March of 2011 and it does not dispense ice anymore just like that,I am very disappointed.  I called Maytag 1800 number and talked to a supervisor in Tennessee by the name of Carmen at Maytag Solution that was of no help.  Carmen told me that Maytag is a good brand, I just happen to get a product that does not work and that happens sometimes it does not matter how much you pays.  She could not do nothing to help me I will have pay for the service and the parts myself.
