I am feeling very sorry to quote an incident which I have experienced with Agrarwal Packers and Movers(GC No : 4802945). Just to brief you all, I recently shifted from Mumbai to kolkata and asked Agarwal packers to take care of the shifting of my household stuff. I had a firm believe that Agarwals are the best in the industry and i did'nt have to worry as they are so called known to be the best.
You all will be very amaze to know that on receiving the package at kolkata i found some of the stuff broken and miss handled and over and above that few items were missing just to specific Sofa set and bike to my surprise.i took a insurance as well.
On inquiring about the same these people could not give a satisfactory ans.even no reply on mails , repeated followup (800 calls)I was told that the missing part have reached somewhere (Hyderabad) by mistake and will be delivered shortly , but you all be surprised to know it has been more then 28 days there is no clue of my missing items. no one responding on phone a well mails.
I never thought Agarwal Packers will treat his clients like this , there has been no support from there. They charge a bomb compared to other packers and the response level is pathetic.
I will like to take this platform and appeal you people out there, please be very careful if you want to deal with Agarwal Packers, I will be going to consumer forum and ask for a compensation, its not because I need money but to make a statement that they cant take consumer for ride.
Kindly share this as much as possible so other people will not suffer from his services.
