Subscription Scam & No fix for 7 HOURS!

This is a total scam.  Do NOT listend to these [***] . heads.  Last nite spent 7 hours on the phone with them & chat and remote access and NOTHING was resolved.  Called back tonight to get help as they said they would give me the "senior tech dot specialist" which I had one last nite and did nothing...been on hold for 30 minutes now...this is a SCAM...credit card dispute on its way...
