Unwanted calls

Ive gotten 10-20 calls per day from the same people from a bunch of different numbers saying i been chosen for a grant from us gov. Or they just hang up. Ive ask them to stop calling dont happen ive asked for superviser they hang up. Dont no how to make them stop. And dont no how to block them even if i blocked one number they will just call from another one what do i do
