410-949-1400 Unsolicited call. A violation of National Do Not Call List?

"They" called my work cellphone on 11/5/2008 at 10:01 AM Central . I called the number (410) 949-1400 back on 11/7/08 thinking I missed a customer's call in the APG, MD area.
A mechanical sounding male voiced answering message then said something like this: 'This is a travel related call, we will call back later. Press 1 if you wish to be removed from our list'.
I chose to opt-out and followed the prompt to enter my 10-digit number. I did, then got a 'you have been removed... reply message.
All my phone numbers, including this work cellphone have been on the 'National Do Not Call' list registry for a very long time (~2 yr).
Was I just violated?
