non working phone due to samsung service center

I have non working samsung mobile( purchased 1 month back) due to extremely poor service done by Samsung Noida service center.Incompatible phone and battery (which make my phone nonworking now) was given to me by samsung service center people. I had visited twice noida service center , called infinite times to their service center(011-30308282) and service manager Sarvendar(9971114867, who picked his phone only once out of hundreds calls i had made) and logged severals complains through net ( i have proof of my every word of comlaint i am doing). All all this results in only one phone call back from samsung saying they will get back again ( my complain no in samsung records is 2001267791).

Below i put i problems in details

I buyed Samsung (Tata cdma) S259 one months back, which use to get discharge in half a day. Below are list of problems given by Samsung noida (ph: 4250703) service center
1- Service center did s/w fix for battery which results in no improvement. But service center return my brand new phone with minor scratches.
2- On complaining again ,after 20 days they brought new battery and on 6th Nov07 they change the battery, after reaching home i was shocked to see that battery they had provided me is not of S259 (even power strip of battery and phone are not touching each other).

Now I have not working phone with scratches, this is what Samsung Service center had given me in name of service.

Every time without understanding my problem they want that I come to there service center , which i had already visited twice, how much Samsung want to punish me for buying their product( which i will never buy again).

    how can i fix my sgh-E250i camera phone. The cp repair shop cant fix the camera. Can you give a new samsung sgh-E250i as a replacement??

    Samsung service center for phones in Domlur (Bangalore) takes the award for pissing off customers. Dishonest, rude and just plain being_an_ass syndromes...

    One guy tells me my phone's warranty is only for 5 months. My reading through the guarantee card for 5 minutes when I bought the phone really paid off. I challenged him and then he agrees that it is actually 6 months. He was also pissed off about my stopping his repairing of a Nokia mobile phone. Yes you heard me right... He was busy working on it when I was right there..

    Then a girl (supposedly the manager there) who barely speaks passable English and tells me my power chord cannot be changed because it has physical damage. The damage she refers to is actually a small bent near the connector (resulted from my trying to make it work when it stopped working). She turns me away.

    I could never use my Galaxy 3's headset because everyone complained they can't hear. I could clearly hear them though. It's plain clear that Samsung has provided low quality accessories to reduce the cost involved and of course to increase profits. "For those stupid Indians this will do!!!".

    Anyways now they are washing off from even providing warranty support for the defective parts.

    Amazing... Just amazing. I know you guys treat your employees like cattle. But now customers added???    

    And lastly, their customer feedback for service makes u enter all the details and then complain something about some unfilled field and kick you out. "Don't even complain!!!! This is what you deserve!!!!"

    Thank you O my Korean overlord...

    Indians are always treated bad... now it's just your turn...

    I have bought a samsung wave 5253 smartphone last april. Till now i have faced many problems in my phone. I sent my phone in service centre 8-9 times in warranty period but they are not at all responding. i am fedup with my phone. even they are not giving me another phone in replacement..
    Pls kindly give me another phone in replacement. pls pay little attention at your services. they don't know how to treat people.

      Samsung & Nokia both are cheating buy low MRP phoneof INTEX,MICROMAX etc. which will service better than these companies.
