Processing FHA Refund at home with $69 and $10 mailing fee over the phone on Feb 4 2009. I hope this will reach to proper authority,and catch the girl.

They have been running this scam for years.
If they used deception to defraud you, file complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the Oregon AG.

Also, be sure to close any account you provided for payments, to make sure they can't run through additional fraudulent charges.

Too Good To Be True
The same thing happened to me. It sounded to good to be true. Then that nice pretty packege they send, isn't worth crap. I found better stuff in my dog's poo poo. Therefore, I am working on a scam just for them to feel the wrath. Who ever shall read this. Please keep your money. It's enough for some one to jump though the phone and choke them.. In that package, there are no leads. What is there; is a site without a telephone number, without a physical address, without a FAQ and it will take forever and a day to find a way to contact them.. Right there and then I told myself no. That $79.00. Just like me. Kiss it good bye. or S.H.L (Should Have Listened).

I want my money back!!! You people are a fraud. I sent out many refund and the people never answered. As a matter of fact one person was to have moay coming back from my home??? I lived in it for more than 20 years. Send me my maney back as soon as you get this notice.
