Good afternoon,
I've contacted your customer service three times! First was to ask about the tax I was charged in addition to my $125 deductible. The representative I spoke to was very vague, only to say Sears charges tax. I then asked why wasn't I informed when purchasing this product and also when service call was made? No response only repeated "sears charged tax". When asking to speak to a manager/supervisor I was put on hold for more than 20 minutes and then was told someone will call me back! A month had past no follow call was made. Then I received a deliquency email stating I owe $15 for the service call??? I then called to inquire about this $15 spoke to a representative that informed me only $110 was collected at time of service... when in fact $131.81 was collected at time of service from Sears... the representative put notes on my account for this delinquent charge to be researched and a manager/supervisor would call back within 24hours that was Monday and it is now Wednesday! I call for the 3rd time to speak only to a supervisor/manager this representive states I need information as to why I need to speak to manager... didn't even take the time to read if any notes on the account. I lost all patience at this point and the representive hung up on me, after waiting for 5 minutes to even get a live person on the phone! I have been writing this complaint from the time I call back and still on hold to speak to a representative (20 minutes) no one has picked up... the lack of consideration and customer floors me quite frankly disgust me as well! I pay $70 a month for this plan and opted for the highest deductible of $125.. AHS warranty will lose my business and word of mouth referrals will no longer come from me! In fact my experience will be highly spoke about.
