I had the same issues with sagging mattress and poor "no" customer service. Company went bankrupt - warreny company as well. Its all a scam. I DID CALL JCPENNY Customer Service (Where I purchased my mattress) and they were aware of the Spring Air issues - they no longer carry the brand but they told methey would honor Spring Air Warrenty to protect their customers.
They ARE REPLACING MY MATTRESS WITH ONE OF EQUAL VALUE (SEALY OR SERTA BEAND - DELIVERED AT NO CHARGE.
JcPenny is a cut above other companies in my book - you may want to try your vendor.....Jan 2010

I'm having a problem with my Spring Air "Four Seasons bed...they - being LEEDS is telling me that they won't replace it because it's only sagging 1-1/8" inches and that they would only replace it if it Sags 1-3/4"....it's what - a 3/8 difference! Basically my mattress is 64% to the defective marker.
